Selected fields:Thefieldstobeusedontheform.

Clickthearrowbuttonstoselectfields.

Move selected field to the right side and use it on the table.

Move all fields to the right side and use them on the table.

Move all fields back to the left side and do not use them on the table.

Fieldsontherightsidecanbeordered.Thefirstinthelistwillbetheleftmostinthetableelement,

orderoffields.
